Gusto is currently evaluating a variety of development possibilities that remain true to our principles: minimalism, integration with the landscape, and long-term value creation. In Mont-ras, we see the opportunity to apply our design philosophy to a location where the Mediterranean reveals its most authentic face — rugged, warm, and full of light. Every project we build begins with a deep respect for place. Mont-ras is no exception. Here, we aim to bring forward a concept that enhances rather than imposes, guided by timeless materials, light-filled volumes, and understated sophistication. Currently vacant, the building consists of a commercial unit with mezzanine and five residential units distributed across the main, first and rooftop levels. With no current road-affectation and a clear urban classification, the property is primed for transformation into luxury apartments or exclusive short-stay residences.
